Zest Optical are working with an independent Opticians in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire to hire a full or part time Optometrist. A traditional, patient focused independent Opticians based in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire are looking for a full or part time Optometrist to join the team. Optometrist - Role Family run independent Opticians Tests 6 days a week often with 2 Optoms Providing thorough 30 minute sight tests to patients of all ages with pre-screening done by the support team Access to advanced retinal photography including an OCT Providing Contact Lens clinics Direct cataract referral scheme Working closely with the Dispensing Optician and support team to ensure a smooth handover Working 5 days a week Alternate Saturdays 9am to 5.30pm Paying between £50,000 to £60,000 Fees paid for Annual CET event 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to five weeks for loyalty) Optometrist - Requirements Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC All levels of experience will be considered, although you will the sole Optom some of the time Optix experience helpful but not essential Excellent communications and organisational skills Clinically focused To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please send your CV across to Rebecca Wood using the 'Apply' link as soon as possible.
