Role & Responsibilities Oversee and manage the completion of accurate financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and statutory regulations. Lead the reporting processes under the Solvency II directive, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals. Collaborate effectively with management teams and other departments to support cross-departmental financial initiatives and optimizations. Key Skills Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Statutory Reporting. Expertise in Solvency II Reporting within the Insurance industry. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles within the Insurance sector.
