Delivering lessons tailored to a wide range of special educational needsCreating small-step learning plans that are meaningful and achievableWorking side by side with support staff, external specialists and familiesBuilding a classroom culture that’s calm, organised and predictableModelling clear expectations, empathy and strong communication
What we’re looking for
QTS or similar recognised teaching qualificationBackground in SEND, inclusion or alternative provisionConfident behaviour management and a flexible approachSomeone who collaborates well within a multi-disciplinary team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
