A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Associate Director to their growing Quantity Surveying team in Central London, near Blackfriars. The role of the Associate Director The Associate Director will be joining a large multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, who are looking to grow their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. As a company they cover a range of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Education, Leisure, Residential and Hospitality. But you will be coming in to support on the Residential side including Build to Rent, Later Living, Private Resi and Student living. The Associate Director will also be responsible for bringing in new business, so they will need to be very client facing. The Associate Director will also manage a quantity surveying team, supporting them with their work, training, and development. The Associate Director will also have a clear pathway to a director position, plus equity.
