What You'll Be Doing: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons. Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track progress. Create a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability and a proactive attitude. Previous experience is a bonus, but graduates and career changers are welcome! Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
