The Role As an MFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging and culturally rich lessons, fostering a love for languages across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Teach French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4 (ability to teach one to A-Level is highly desirable). Create dynamic lesson plans that cover reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, ensuring high levels of attainment. Organise and participate in language immersion trips and cultural enrichment days. Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities, including EAL learners. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a relevant UK teaching qualification. Has a relevant degree in French, Spanish, or Modern Languages. Is a native speaker or has near-native fluency in both target languages. Has experience teaching the UK curriculum (ECTs are warmly welcomed and supported). Is passionate about bringing language learning to life through culture and history.
