As their Concierge, you will play a key role from the very beginning, setting the tone for exceptional service and becoming a familiar, trusted presence for residents as they move into this exclusive address. You will be among the first to welcome clients to their new homes, building strong relationships from day one and providing the highest standard of personalised assistance. This role is ideal for a dedicated, experienced professional who takes pride in delivering impeccable service and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at an iconic new residence.Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcomeManage resident requests efficiently, including booking and execution of services, handling deliveries, and coordinating maintenanceMaintain the security and safety of the building, including monitoring CCTV and controlling accessLiaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintain detailed records of visitor logs, incidents, and resident interactionsAddress resident enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteouslyAssist in maintaining the appearance of the buildingEnsure the lobby, reception, and communal areas are immaculate at all timesAssist with event coordination and resident communication as required Requirements: Previous experience as a Concierge within a luxury residential development, a five-star hotel, or similar high-end environment is essentialImpeccable customer service skills with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanour Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal High level of personal presentation and grooming standardsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureProficiency in IT systems relevant to concierge duties (e.g., visitor management and booking systems)Knowledge of local amenities, services, and transport links within the Mayfair area is desirableFlexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysSIA Licence (preferred but not essential) What Our Client Offers Be part of a prestigious development in one of London’s most iconic locationsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional development and career progressionA supportive, professional team environment If you are passionate about luxury service and thrive in a prestigious setting, our client would love to hear from you.
