Job Role & Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve the performance of high-speed automated machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Carry out both reactive and planned electrical maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive and planned maintenance on production line machinery Fault-find on complex automated equipment and electrical systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance, safety, and reduce waste Support other engineering teams and external contractors as required Attend training and maintain technical knowledge to ensure maximum effectiveness The ideal candidate will have: Recognised electrical engineering qualification Experience in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred) Strong fault-finding skills on automated and electrical machinery Desirable Skills: Continuous improvement mindset Ex-forces background with transferable engineering experience Benefits include: 15% employer pension contribution Career progression and development in one of the UKs largest manufacturers If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please get in touch with us or apply below!Pension
