We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and arranging travel experiences while working remotely. In this role, you will gather client preferences, research options, support booking processes, and provide ongoing communication to ensure a smooth travel planning experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Needs Assessment: Discuss travel goals and preferences to determine suitable options. Customized Itinerary Support: Assist in building trip outlines that match client expectations. Reservation Assistance: Help coordinate travel bookings including lodging, transportation, and activities. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, adjustments, and informational requests. Vendor Interaction: Communicate with travel partners as needed for availability and coordination. Document Handling: Provide clients with confirmations, itineraries, and destination information. Quality Review: Verify accuracy and clarity of all travel details. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized while managing multiple clients. Comfortable using digital tools, email, and online systems. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Interest in travel planning and service-based work.
