Job Opportunity - 2 x Business Analysts (SC Cleared) Start Date: January 2026 Location: London (Hybrid - up to 2 days per week on-site, as requested) Duration: 6 months IR35: Inside Clearance: SC Cleared (can start while transfer is in progress) We are looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join a major transformation programme within a Big Data and Analytics environment. These roles are client-facing, working directly with senior stakeholders, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to map AS-IS and TO-BE user journeys, identify pain points, and prioritise requirements. Develop detailed user stories and functional/non-functional requirements for accurate sizing and cost estimation. Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and maintain governance disciplines to meet deadlines. Work flexibly across projects and programmes as directed. Essential Skills & Experience: Active SC Clearance (or eligible for transfer). Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Experience with ALM tools, JIRA, and Confluence. Previous experience in central government projects and modernisation initiatives. Preferred: Background in Big Data and Analytics environments.
