Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant Location: Swansea, Morriston TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Swansea, who are now seeking a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant to join their busy and friendly accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with Solicitors Accounts experience or a background in accounting or finance who is looking to develop their career within the legal sector. The Role: As a Legal Cashier / Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for: Processing entries into the firm's accounts system Liaising with lawyers and other departments to ensure accurate financial transactions Managing client payments for invoices and resolving related queries Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records Supporting colleagues within the accounts team and providing cover during absences The Candidate: Previous experience within a legal cashiering or finance role is highly desirable Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules is advantageous but not essential Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills Confident communicator with a collaborative approach This role offers a supportive working environment within a reputable firm that values teamwork and professional development.
