This role offers the perfect blend of strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on event execution.Our Event Portfolio Includes:Seatrade Cruise Global - April 2026, Miami Beach, USAF&B@Sea - April 2026, Miami, USASeatrade Cruise Med - September 2026, Las Palmas, SpainSeatrade Cruise Asia - November 2026, Location TBCWhat You'll DoStrategic Development & Event ExcellenceSupport the development of strategic event strategies and enhance our events' value propositionContribute to designing exceptional event experiences that align with objectives and exceed customer expectationsBuild comprehensive industry knowledge through cultivating internal and external relationshipsSponsorship Management & InnovationManage end-to-end delivery of sponsorship packages, ensuring all elements meet the highest standards while supporting our sustainability commitmentsTrack sponsorship deliverables and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersContribute to developing innovative and sustainable sponsorship opportunitiesEvent Delivery & Customer ExperienceSupport the Senior Event Manager with delivery of event-related features and productsContinuously develop and improve the customer experience at our eventsMaintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders and partnersCross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event alignmentParticipate in regular team updates to stay informed of common queries, issues, and feedbackAssist with administrative activities including scheduling meetings and preparing reports and presentationsIndustry Expertise & GrowthDevelop deep understanding of the cruise market and industry trendsEmploy the highest standards of practice to deliver optimum results consistentlyTake on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
