Home Manager - Residential Care Home - 35 bedded service Location: Hertfordshire Area Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Full Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead in a well-established residential care service in the Hertfordshire area. The home provides long-term residential, dementia, respite, and day care for older people and those with complex needs, with a strong reputation for high-quality, person-centred care. The service was rated Good across all areas at its last CQC inspection and now requires a proven leader to maintain and further develop standards of excellence. About the Role: Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service. Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated care team. Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and internal policies. Driving continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery. Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. About You: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Home Manager in residential or dementia care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) required. A strong and stable career history - no job hoppers. Demonstrable track record of achieving or maintaining good CQC outcomes. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
