Home Manager - Nursing & Dementia Care Service Location: Norfolk Area Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Full Time, Permanent We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a modern, purpose-built nursing home in the Norfolk area. The service provides high-quality nursing, residential, respite, and dementia care within a supportive and professional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with proven management experience to take on a senior role with responsibility for a large, established care service. About the Role: Full operational and clinical leadership of the service. Managing, developing, and motivating a large care and nursing team. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies. Driving continuous improvement in quality of care and service delivery. Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals. About You: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification preferred but not essential. Substantial experience as a Home Manager in a nursing or dementia care setting. A stable and solid career history - no job hoppers. Strong track record of maintaining or improving CQC outcomes.
