£13.00 to £18.00 per hour Days 6-7am Start times. Preston Start Date: Immediate or ASAP We are looking for 5 Class 2 HGV drivers to start immediately for our client based in Preston. As a Class 2 HGV Driver, you will need… ● A UK issued C+E driving License ● A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card ● Less than 8 points on your licence ● To be keen to look after your vehicle. HGV Driver responsibilities include: ● Trunking from depot to depot, some pick ups and collections and the delivery of goods to commercial warehouses. ● Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects. ● Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours The successful HGV Drivers can expect: ● Monday–Friday: £13.00 - £18.00 PAYE Per Hour. ● Weekend enhancements available ● Weekly Pay, paid on time every time. ● 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day ● Subsidised ongoing CPC training.
