Job DescriptionWe are growing our consulting team and looking for F&O Technical Architects to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Accountable for the overall technical strategy of the project, and collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that the best solution can be presented to the client.Accountable for setting up a good Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.Accountable for providing clear & precise development estimates.Accountable for working with the project management team in setting development timelines.Accountable for providing regular reports to the project management team.Accountable for setting the right structures to ensure quality in the deliverables of the development and technical teams.Accountable for managing the clients expectations.Responsible for the overall quality of all delivery work carried out within the client base.Responsible for ensuring that all internal published controls and processes are followed.Responsible for writing technical strategy documents and gaining approval with the client.Responsible for keeping client key stakeholders informed on project or delivery progress, and representing Hitachi Solutions in key client sessions.Responsible for coordinating the required input and completion for the Microsoft FastTrack's solution blueprint review (SBR) and Solution go-live readinessResponsible for mentoring, guiding & motivating team members so they can achieve their full potential.Responsible for establishing an effective direct relationship with senior stakeholders.
