About the roleAs Talent Assistant you will provide seamless administrative, operational, and coordination support across all four pillars of the Faces & Voices strategy. Working closely with the Talent Manager, you will help manage relationships with creators, influencers, and talent partners while keeping projects running efficiently day-to-day.This is a brilliant entry-level role for someone who loves organisation, social media, talent, and fast-paced environments. You’ll love this role if;You are a highly organised individual and enjoy juggling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.You have great attention to detail and problem-solving skillsYou enjoy providing administrative supportYou enjoy interacting with a variety of people and collaborating with others As a Team Assistant you will; Creator, Talent & Influencer CoordinationAct as a first point of contact for creators within the business as well as external talent agents.Support the Talent Manager with managing internal creators across the business.Assist in sourcing, contacting, and coordinating celebrity talent, creators, and influencers for editorial, commercial, and event projects.Coordinate creator schedules, filming dates, deliverables, briefs, onboarding documents, and logistics.Prepare call sheets, itineraries, and supporting documents for shoots and appearances.Maintain the talent database, keeping contact details, fees, and availability up to date.Support with preparing briefs and gathering assets from creators.Programme & Project OperationsManage calendars, meeting bookings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day programme logistics.Help organise and support workshops, bootcamps, coaching sessions, events, and shoots.Track creator deliverables, approvals, timelines, and follow-ups as required.Keep programme materials and documentation updated for Faces & Voices team. Cross-Team CollaborationLiaise with editorial, social, video, marketing, commercial, and legal teams to ensure clear communication flows.Support the Talent Manager in preparing internal decks, creator and partnership reports.Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth and positive creator and talent experience on set.Data, Reporting & AdminUpdate performance dashboards (views, engagement, reach, etc.) and support analytics needs.Collect creator insights for internal reporting and campaigns.Assist with quarterly creator reviews and Faces & Voices performance summaries.Raise POs, process invoices, manage payments, and track budgets.Support inbox management and organise documentation, contracts, permissions, and correspondence RequirementsStrong organisational skills and a love of logistics.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts.Confident communication skills with a wide range of people: creators, managers, talent, and teams.A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a calm, solution-focused approach.Interest in creators, social media, culture, entertainment, talent management, and storytelling.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Experience in talent, social media, content, events, entertainment, or publishing is helpful but not essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
