This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially astute professional who can turn strategy into success. To promote collaboration and communication, the team is fully office-based in central London. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver business strategy across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels Drive revenue growth and profitability through smart planning and cost control Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and exceptional client experience Lead e-commerce performance, optimising UX, digital marketing, and online sales Manage supply chain and logistics for efficient B2B distribution Take full P&L responsibility, reporting on KPIs and financial performance Inspire and develop a multi-disciplinary team to achieve ambitious goals Ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing across all touchpoints Candidate Requirements Demonstrable success in a Leadership or GM role, ideally within Beauty or a related industry Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence Digital fluency with e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills If you’re a go-getter who faces challenges with drive and determination, this is just the job for you!
