1:1 Support Assistant (Autism/ASD focus)Mainstream secondary school We are seeking a caring and experienced 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a Year 8 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in our welcoming and inclusive mainstream school.You will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to ensure the pupil receives personalised support both academically and socially, including during unstructured times.What we offer:A supportive and skilled SEN teamStructured induction and access to SEND-specific CPDRegular contact with external therapists and inclusion specialistsYou must have:Experience working with children with autism or related needsExcellent communication and emotional resilienceA calm, consistent approach and commitment to inclusive valuesAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
