We celebrate diversity and equality of opportunity, and we maintain a highly inclusive approach in everything we do.The successful candidate will join a large Special Educational Needs (SEN) team, including two Additionally Resourced Provisions (ASC and SLCN), and will support students with complex SEN within mainstream settings. You will be expected to provide support across all secondary Key Stages and across a variety of subject areas.The ideal candidate will:Be passionate about advocating for neurodiverse studentsBe willing to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and seek support when neededBe an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingDemonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude with both staff and studentsBe an effective team player who values all aspects of school lifePossess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students and staffBe confident in the use of ITAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
