Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) – Sutton• Full-time, 4-day working week (40 hours) with shared weekend and bank holiday rota• Salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) plus comprehensive benefits• Work to full RVN scope in a supportive independent practice environment, including Schedule 3 procedures, anaesthesia and nurse clinics• Clear career progression pathways, including opportunities to progress into senior and leadership rolesThe RoleThe successful candidate will practise to the full scope of their licence, delivering high-quality patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload. Key responsibilities include:• Nursing inpatients and delivering gold-standard patient care• Performing Schedule 3 procedures• Monitoring and managing anaesthesia• Running nurse-led clinics• Supporting clinical excellence throughout the practiceThis role is ideal for a motivated RVN who is passionate about professional development and long-term career progression.Career DevelopmentThis position offers excellent opportunities for both clinical and leadership progression. Candidates can develop towards advanced clinical roles or step into leadership pathways such as Senior RVN and Head RVN.
