Radis Community Care have an opportunity for Support Workers to join our team based in Oakmere Extra Care Service, Handforth.Part-time and Full-time positions available£12.50 per hour weekdays, £12.80 per hour weekend days and Bank Holidays £1 per hour uplift...About the roleAs a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme you will be predominately supporting the elderly who are finding it difficult to cope due to physical frailty, enabling them to maintain independence. The role involves aiding the people we support - often with restricted mobility - to move to dining areas at meal times, communal areas for social activities and to the privacy of their bedrooms at their request.The role will require you to assist the people we support with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene and dressing.
