We are currently looking for a temp to perm Receptionist to join a Finance firm based in Cannon street. This role is working 8.30 - 5pm and will pay £15 hour. The start date is January 7th and clear corporate Reception experience is required.The role Perform a variety of duties at the front desk and meeting visitors downstairs Receive visitors by greeting and welcoming them. Then, they usually direct them and announce them when appropriate.Provide customer support by answering the phone and replying to emails Provide administrative support via phone or emailMaintain the office and keep all the office equipment in check as well as order any necessary office supplies.Responsible for maintaining office security and communicating with the security guards if needed.
