Job Title-Contracts Manager Location- Leeds (Yorkshire travel) Salary- £55,000-£60,000 Are you a contracts manager with a track record of delivering planned social housing projects? Are you looking to be involved in an exciting long term project and have a real impact in shaping a new regional team? We are working with an established housing partnership that have live and upcoming projects across West and South Yorkshire. They are looking for a contracts manager to work closely with the operational team to deliver these projects to the highest quality, cementing their growing regional reputation As contracts manager, you will; Oversee multiple planned works projects including kitchens, bathrooms, windows and retrofit Build and maintain positive client relationships, being regularly present on site Manage KPI's and performance of labour and subcontractors Support the operations manager with progress reports, RAMS, and commercial performance As contracts manager, it is required that you; Can demonstrate the ability to deliver planned social housing contracts of varying scope Have excellent client communication and can effectively build strong relationships Have up to date knowledge of health and safety/compliance regulations Full clean UK licence As contracts manager, you will receive; Competitive starting salary based on experience Car allowance 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension The opportunity to be an integral part of a new region If you're looking for your next challenge and want to play a leading role in the growth of a new regional team, then we'd love to hear from you!
