Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Director, HR Business Partner in London to support Field Sales / GTM leaders and people managers across Europe, APAC, and the US. This is a global, high-impact individual contributor role with additionally HR responsibility for Europe as a region.You’ll work closely with senior Field Sales and GTM leaders globally, coaching and advising them, driving people strategies, and leading change across a fast-scaling SaaS organisation. You will act as the HR lead for the London office, partner with TA, Total Rewards, HR Ops and COEs, deliver and localise global programs, and use people insights to influence decisions.The role requires strong HRBP experience supporting GTM teams, deep understanding of HR practices and frameworks across the UK and Europe, and the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix with teams in the US and India.
