Job DescriptionWe are looking for Project Managers who have experience in the Central and Local Government sector to join our Central and Local Government Real Estate team. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects that deliver value to the public sector and preserve the built heritage, using innovative and sustainable approaches. You will also have the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and stakeholders and lead on a wide range of interesting and historically important projects across the South East. This is an exciting time to join our business unit and make a difference to the environment and the society.ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Being the key liaison with the client, contractors, and designersConducting background research, data collection and benchmarkingWorking on a range of heritage, historical, residential, or mixed-use projects, at the enabling stageMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsPreparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc.
