The roleMaintenance of fixed asset register for all group companies and associated monthly postingsDaily bank and credit card transaction posting with weekly bank reconciliations and daily update of debt logIdentification and set up of required intercompany cash transfersUpdate of exchange rate file monthly and input into SageSupport month end close process, including but not limited to:General transaction postingHealthcare benefit analysisPosting of recharge journalsBalance sheet reconciliationsIntercompany matrix and reconciliationAccruals and prepayments postingForeign cash count and movements/revaluation postingAssist with quarterly VAT returnAssistance with AP & expenses, including AP holiday cover.Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and projects as requiredRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar roleStudying towards ACCA or CIMAStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsConfident using Excel and accounting software systemsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple prioritiesBenefits 33 days annual leave Birthday day off 5% pension contribution Private medical health insurance WORKsmart - allows employees to have flexibility around their start and finish time Hybrid working
