A highly regarded law firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its thriving conveyancing team in a senior capacity. The role can be based out of Bradford or Ilkley and offers an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional or experienced fee earner to manage a busy caseload, mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic development of the department and wider firm.About the RoleIn this senior position within the Residential Property team, you will handle a full caseload of residential transactions while taking a leading role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues. You will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives and support the firm's financial and strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities Manage and progress a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgagesSupervise, support and mentor junior lawyers and support staffProvide high-quality legal advice while maintaining exceptional client care standardsMeet billing targets and ensure accurate time recordingTake responsibility for credit control on your own matters in collaboration with the accounts teamEnsure compliance with SRA regulations, Solicitors Accounts Rules and internal proceduresSupport marketing, client development and business growth initiatives within the departmentMaintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external stakeholdersParticipate in internal and external training and contribute to in-house learning initiativesAssist the Head of Department in driving team cohesion, innovation and ongoing success What We're Looking For Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with extensive experience handling residential property matters independentlyPrevious experience in supervision or team leadership is preferredProven ability to manage and motivate a legal teamStrong commercial awareness and business development instinctsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organised with a good understanding of diary and case management systemsProactive and professional approach to client service and team leadership What's on Offer?
