Innovation and Market ImpactIdentify emerging market opportunities and drive disruptive innovation.Balance technical feasibility with customer needs and commercial value. Team Leadership and CollaborationLead, mentor, and inspire Product Managers and Technical Product Managers.Partner effectively with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Regional Sales Managers, and other ELW teams. Customer-Centric FocusStay close to customer needs through direct feedback and market insights.Drive product adoption and ensure continuous improvement post-launch. Execution and DeliveryOversee product launches, positioning, and ongoing optimisation.Monitor performance using KPIs and guide data-driven decision-making. Financial and Operational ExcellenceManage cost targets, pricing input, and design-to-cost efforts with cross-functional partners.Balance risks, prioritise initiatives, and ensure commercial success. Stakeholder InfluenceCommunicate progress, strategy, and insights to senior management and key stakeholders.Champion alignment across teams to secure buy-in and accelerate delivery. TravelOccasional solo travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and commercial training.
