SPANISH AND ITALIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVELANGUAGESFluent Spanish is essential plus a good level of ItalianLOCATIONSouth West London (zone 3) - THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE OFFICE MONDAY TO FRIDAYSALARYc. £30,000 pa, possibly negotiable depending on languages and skillsCOMPANY AND BACKGROUNDOur client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly and supportive international customer service team as their Spanish and Italian speaking Export Customer Service Executive.You will be responsible for offering full B2B support to Spanish and Italian speaking clients, agents and distributors and will include the following duties and responsibilities:The typical job responsibilities will include: Placing customer orders for productsAdvising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for themDealing with customer complaintsLiaising with courier and freight companiesMonitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories you are responsible forProviding support to the Export Sales Teams for other markets and language when necessaryCANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS Fluency in Spanish is essential plus a good knowledge of ItalianPrevious customer service experience or administrative experience is essentialA clear and confident communicatorA good team player but also able to work independentlyEffective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressureSALARYc. £30,000 pa (possible negotiable depending on experience) plus benefitsWORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY (35 hour week) CONTACT: Lisa Grimes
