Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in Northwest London. In this role, you will deliver a high-quality housing management service that supports tenants, leaseholders, and the wider community. Duties: Manage tenancies and leaseholds, including enquiries, estate issues, ASB cases, rent arrears, and legal actions. Deliver excellent customer service, providing advice, home visits, and prompt responses to residents and community groups. Maintain safe, well-managed estates, overseeing repairs, caretaking, grounds maintenance, and service standards. Work collaboratively with partners and teams, keeping accurate records and supporting continuous service improvement. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience delivering housing services and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse communities and in partnership with other organisations. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage complex tenancy, ASB, or estate-related issues. Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records to support effective service delivery.
