About the Role Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding early years provision. Manage budgets, staffing, and operational processes effectively. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies. Requirements Previous experience in a similar Nursery Manager role. Strong leadership and organisational skills. In-depth knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
