This is an evening, lone-working role and requires a responsible, trustworthy individual with experience in commercial cleaning.Key DutiesGeneral cleaning of office and customer areasToilets, floors and touchpoint cleaningLocking up and securing the premisesMaintaining hygiene, cleanliness and safety standardsFollowing strict site security proceduresEssential Requirements (Mandatory for HSBC Roles)Valid DBS clearanceProof of employment history via HMRC – MUST be obtained here before start: https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-historyAdverse credit check (mandatory)Right to Work in the UK (must be produced at induction)Comfortable with lone working, key holding and alarm panelsReliable, punctual and professionalWilling to use a telephone-based time & attendance clocking system (mandatory)
