We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Facilities Management & Maintenance recruitment. The Role As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow your own Facilities Management & Maintenance desk, specialising in temporary and contract placements across roles such as maintenance engineers, electrical and mechanical technicians, caretakers, and facilities supervisors. You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Develop new business through outbound calls, client meetings, and networking. Source skilled candidates via advertising, social media, and proactive headhunting. Work with a Resourcer to deliver high-quality, timely placements. Consistently achieve and exceed activity and sales targets. What We're Looking For 3+ years' recruitment experience - ideally within facilities management, maintenance, or building services. Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven personality. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confident, professional, and target-focused. A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
