Food & Beverage Manager - Lead the F&B Operation at a Popular Holiday Resort | Cirencester, Gloucestershire Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager ready to take ownership of a busy, guest-focused operation? We're recruiting for a well-established holiday resort in Cirencester, looking for a strong leader to drive service standards, team performance and overall guest satisfaction across multiple F&B outlets. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment, onboarding and rota management Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination Monitoring stock levels, managing supplier orders and maintaining strong cost control Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, food hygiene and health & safety Managing administrative processes, staff records and digital systems Working closely with senior management to meet commercial and operational targets This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
