These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Science & Research, Mission Critical & Data Centres.Whether you are an Engineer, Senior, Principal, or Associate, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality MEP designs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and support the development of our technical capability.Key Responsibilities (Based on Level)Deliver mechanical or electrical engineering design across a wide range of building projectsProduce calculations, drawings, technical reports, design packages and specificationsCoordinate with architects, mechanical/electrical teams and other specialistsAttend internal/external design meetings; represent discipline professionallySupport compliance checks, QA processes and design reviewsLead portions of projects (Senior level and above)Manage project delivery, client relationships and multidisciplinary coordination (Principal/Associate)Oversee technical quality, budgeting, risk management and programme reporting (Senior–Associate)Mentor junior engineers and support team capability (Senior–Associate)What You BringExperience in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services EngineeringStrong understanding of HVAC or electrical systems (lighting, power, containment, life safety, etc.)Proven experience delivering complex building services projects (all levels)Familiarity with UK standards, regulations and design guidanceExperience using industry tools: Revit, BIM workflows, AutoCAD, Dialux, Relux, Electrical OMStrong communication and coordination skills with clients, architects and contractorsAbility to manage workloads and deliver high-quality outputsFor Senior/Principal/Associate roles:Leadership experience in design deliveryClient-facing capability and commercial awarenessTrack record of overseeing engineers and supporting work winningConsultancy experience with multidisciplinary teams
