We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team at a prestigious college in Oxford. This is a full time, permanent position at 37 hours per week. ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our exacting standardsManage your section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service deliveryCollaborate with the team to develop seasonal menusMaintain high standards of food hygiene and safetyAssist in stock control and ordering suppliesRequirementsProven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar roleStrong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparationAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skillsRelevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and qualityWorking HoursFull-time, 37 hours per weekShift patterns including weekends, with Christmas and Easter period off plus exceptional holiday allowance.
