Media Planner- Independent Media agency Salary: Competitive The Opportunity: Join an award-winning, independent media agency. This agency is values-led, prioritising transparency, collaboration, and innovation across every aspect of media strategy and planning. With a growing client base across industries such as retail, finance, lifestyle, and travel, they're looking for a smart, proactive Media Planner to support campaigns and help strategy. What You'll Do: Develop and manage holistic media plans across online and offline channels. Collaborate closely with strategy, investment, and analytics teams to deliver insight-driven plans. Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, overseeing project timelines and campaign performance. Support activation of cross-market media campaigns and track tactical plan execution. Own campaign documentation including flowcharts, budget tracking, and post-campaign analysis. Build rapport with clients and partner agencies across international markets. Mentor junior planners and contribute to team learning and growth. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in media planning, ideally within an agency setting. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels. Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive in problem solving. Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available for this role). Why Join?
