About the Role You will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that support progress, stretch ability, and inspire a positive attitude toward mathematics. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum. Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where needed. Create a positive, structured classroom environment conducive to learning. Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and intervention strategies. Establish strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and engagement. Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times. About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Maths. Ability to inspire and engage learners of all abilities. Commitment to inclusive teaching and supporting diverse learning needs. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A proactive, reflective, and collaborative approach to teaching.
