This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive support professional who can assist pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.In this role of SEND TA, you will: Support individual pupils or small groups with their learning, tailored to their specific needs.Assist in delivering personalised programmes in line with EHCPs and teacher guidance.Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and able to succeed.Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development, including those with SEMH, ADHD, autism, or other additional needs.Observe, document, and provide feedback on pupils’ progress and wellbeing.Collaborate closely with teachers, colleagues, and families to maximise pupil development.Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and educational practice. What You’ll Bring as a SEND TA: Previous experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or similar setting.Knowledge of strategies to support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, or complex needs.Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
