SEND Teaching Assistant Community-Focused School in Didcot Join a vibrant and aspirational primary school in Didcot with a rich history and strong ties to the local community. This role focuses on supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally. Pay: £88.92 - £110 a day (dependent on experience) The Candidate will need: Experience working with children with SEND Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Your responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs Assisting in classroom activities and interventions Encouraging independence and confidence in learners Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff Monarch Education are proud to be a leading recruitment specialist in the Education industry.
