SEND Teaching Assistant

This role focuses on supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally. You'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young learners and celebrating their individual achievements.
This is a long-term role to start in January.
Pay: £88.92 - £110 a day (dependent on experience)
The Candidate will need:
Experience working with children with SEND
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs
Assisting in classroom activities and interventions
Encouraging independence and confidence in learners
Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff
