Supply Teacher Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. Follow lesson plans provided or adapt activities to meet pupils' needs. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and school communities. Supply Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in primary or secondary schools. Strong classroom management and adaptability.
