The successful candidate will be supporting the existing team in all phases of the lending process, portfolio management and investor reporting. Subject to performance, there is an opportunity to convert the internship into a permanent position on completion of a 6-month period.Key Job ResponsibilitiesWork on research, underwriting and due diligence to evaluate investment opportunitiesBuilding detailed and dynamic cash flow models of transactions to analyse various capital structures and asset performance scenariosHelping prepare comprehensive presentationsSupport structuring and execution of transactionsContribute to portfolio management activity such as monitoring and reporting on exposuresRequirementsA graduate from a leading university, ideally in a numerate discipline, with good analytical backgroundPro-active and self-motivated with a genuine interest in developing a career within real estate creditCritical to have excellent quantitative, cash flow modelling and IT skillsDesire to work in a close-knit multi-discipline and entrepreneurial team with a strong work ethicProven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal presentationsOther languages would be beneficial
