You don’t need Qualified Teacher Status—just confidence, calmness, and the ability to lead a classroom.What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the reliable presence that helps each lesson stay on track, including: Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across different subjects Supporting students to remain focused, engaged, and ready to learn Managing behaviour in a positive, consistent way Building strong rapport with students across the school Assisting departments during quieter periods, including basic admin tasks Being flexible and confident moving between classes throughout the day No planning.
