A global integrated marketing agency is looking for a Senior Creative to join its growing team in London. This is an opportunity to work with household-name brands across experiential, influencer, and integrated campaigns, from large-scale events and pop-ups to social activations and creative builds. You'll be part of a collaborative in-house team that brings bold ideas to life through design, storytelling, and execution, pushing the boundaries of creative experiences that connect brands and audiences in meaningful ways. Role: Senior Creative Salary: up to £55K Location: London (hybrid) What you'll be doing: Develop and present creative concepts for global campaigns and activations Work across experiential, social, and creative marketing projects, from ideation through to delivery Collaborate with strategy, design, production, and client teams to create standout work Produce pitch decks, visualisations, 3D renders, and storyboards to bring ideas to life Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring quality and creative consistency Lead or contribute to brainstorms, bringing fresh, culturally relevant ideas to the table What you'll need: 4+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment A strong portfolio showcasing executed campaign ideas across events, activations, and digital Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender or SketchUp Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the confidence to pitch ideas Understanding of production processes, materials, and working with suppliers Passion for culture, trends, and innovation in design and experiential marketing What's on offer: Work with some of the world's most recognisable brands A creative, inclusive team that values innovation and big ideas Opportunities to grow and shape global campaigns end-to-end If you're a concept-driven creative who loves turning ideas into experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make your mark on global campaigns.
