RLR have the opportunity for you!We are searching for a General Manager with experience in the Build to Rent industry to lead the mobilisation of a brand-new asset in Manchester, recruit and lead the on-site team to provide exceptional service and bring this awesome development to the Manchester market.With around 450 apartments and many exceptional amenities on-site there is massive potential and with the right leadership this will be a flagship property with a strong resident community at it’s core.Role : General Manager (Build to Rent)Location : ManchesterSalary : Up to £70,000 + BonusReach out to Francis at Residential Living Recruitment for more information and a full description!Role Overview : Customer Service – Lead on service delivery to all stakeholders and represent the development to the highest standardsStaff Management – Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and valuesFinancial and Reporting – Lead annual budget setting processes and ensure performance against them, monitoring closely throughoutMarketing and Leasing – Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategyBuilding Operations – Take overall responsibility for the entire estate and ensure any requirements are dealt with promptlyFacilities Management and H&S – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations Who we are searching for : An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the residential living industry – ideally from within the BTR sectorAn individual with financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&Ls and leasing strategyExperience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing teamExcellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skillsIRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable) We look forward to hearing from you and discussing this role further!
