Community Care Assistant – Drivers Required Locations: Weybridge, Cobham, Hersham, Walton-on-Thames, East & West Molesey, Shepperton, Sunbury, Addlestone & ByfleetHours: Part-time & full-time available (flexible contracts)Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe’re looking for caring, reliable people to support mostly elderly clients (65+) in their homes. You’ll help with personal care, medication prompts, meals, companionship and general wellbeing. Visit lengths are typically 30–45 minutes and rotas are centralised to reduce travel.Pay & BenefitsProbation: £13.25 (W/D) | £14.80 (W/E)Post-Probation: £14.00 (W/D) | £15.50 (W/E)Travel Time: £0.20 per minuteMileage: 45p per mile4-weekly pay cycleUniform, PPE & work bag providedSupport to complete QCF Health & Social Care qualificationsShift PatternsMorning and evening shifts available, including alternate weekends.
