Production Operative Join one of the world's leading manufacturers at our Northampton site. We are looking for motivated Production Operatives to support our busy low-care factory team. Key Duties Handling wet ingredients in a production environment Performing end-of-shift washdowns to maintain hygiene standards. Working efficiently within an ambient temperature setting. Supporting production and warehouse operations as required. Operating a forklift if licensed Shift Details Night Shift (Sunday-Thursday) 10pm until 6am Breaks: 30-minute lunch and a team break Hours: 40-hour working week Additional Information Temp to Perm Full induction and training provided onsite on your first day. All PPE will be supplied (you may wear your own safety boots).
