We care for a range of service users including the elderly and for people with physical and/or learning disabilities. Tailored to meet our service user’s individual needs, our care ranges from brief daily visits to 24-hour live-in care and can either be short or long-term.About the roleAs a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care tasks are client specific. The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care working towards Level 3. You will have good written and verbal commination skills and have a willingness to learn in line with clients needs and expectations.This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
