This one’s for you.We’re working with a friendly, supportive school in Gateshead looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who knows that progress isn’t always loud, flashy, or linear, and that small wins matter just as much as big ones.You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
